Course Details

Module One - The Nature of Pain

When I use the word pain, this includes all physical issues, everything from back pain to fibromyalgia, stomach issues to migraines. In this module, we look at how pain works with the MindBody connection and you will hear my story of how I recovered from 25 years of chronic pain.​​​​​

Module Two - The Flight/Fight Response and how it affects the gut and allergies

The stress response was designed to help us survive but if it is turned on all the time, the body is going to get sick. The digestive system particularly suffers when we are constantly stressed. Learn how this works and how we can feel safe and come back to balance and health.

Module Three - Thought and Thinking

We are always feeling our thinking. In this module, we learn about the difference between Thought and thinking and how physical sensations are related to thoughts. We are not our thoughts which means that we are never broken and don't need fixing.

Module Four - Moods and their effect on how we feel pain

Everyone's moods go up and down but if we are constantly living in a low mood then that's how we will feel. Pain is felt much more intensely when we are in a low mood and everything looks different when we are up in a better mood. Understanding this is priceless!

Module Five - Our Innate Wellbeing System

We all have innate health but it has gotten covered up with the stress of our old ideas, beliefs, and stinky thinking. Seeing how our Innate Wellbeing System works is the key to freedom. Discover your alarm signals before your body starts to scream! When we slow down, our nervous system recovers.

Module Six - Divine Mind and Healing

How many of us have blamed things on the outside of us for how we feel? What if you could see that it really is an inside job? Is pain outside or inside? When we rely on ourselves we get scared but when looking to Divine Mind for all our strength and resources we heal, find the missing peace, and return to good health.
